At ALBA STUDIO, each painting is an original piece of artwork, created with care and intention. I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase an original artwork online as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at napolialbarosa@gmail.com within the 14-day period, stating your name, order number and intention to return the artwork.
The artwork must be returned within 14 days of notifying me of your decision to withdraw.
2. Condition of Returned Artwork
To protect the artwork during its return, please package it carefully and securely, preferably using the original packaging where possible.
You may handle the artwork as reasonably necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics. However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
Please contact me before arranging the return so that I can provide the appropriate return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning an artwork following a change of mind will be the customer's responsibility, provided this has been communicated before purchase.
Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable.
4. Refunds
Once a return has been accepted in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules, refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the law.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe. Where permitted by law, I may withhold reimbursement until the artwork has been received or evidence of its return has been provided.
5. Artwork Arriving Damaged or Incorrect
Every artwork is carefully prepared for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an artwork different from the one ordered, please contact me as soon as possible at napolialbarosa@gmail.com .
Please include your order number and photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage.
I will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Any remedy required by law will be provided without cost to you.
6. Commissioned and Personalised Artwork
Commissioned artworks created to your specific requirements or clearly personalised for you may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Before a commission is confirmed, the agreed concept, dimensions, price, payment terms and estimated completion time will be communicated clearly.
This exception applies only where the legal requirements for personalised goods are met. It does not affect your statutory rights if an artwork is faulty or does not conform to the agreed description.
7. Natural Variations in Original Artwork
Each ALBA STUDIO painting is an original, handmade piece. Variations in texture, brushwork and surface detail are part of its character.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent each artwork as accurately as possible.
These natural characteristics do not affect your statutory rights if an artwork is materially different from its description.
